RACE CLASS FORMAT

From 2007, Superbike Lites will comply with the Formula 400 Tri-State Series rules for machines. (See Competition Rules)

Superbike Lites' unique grading system gives riders of all abilities a chance to be competitive.  Every race meeting features a podium presentation with trophies and champagne for all classes and grades.

The 400cc multi cylinder class is divided into four grades;

  • PROFESSIONAL - Former elite amateur riders, A & B grade.

  • AMATEUR - Former rookie and C & D grade riders.

  • ROOKIE - New riders who have never raced.

  • CORPORATE - Amateur riders 40 years or older.

The winner of the Amateur and Rookie Championships will be promoted to the next higher grade at the end of the year.

Formula 3 also features a Clubman Singles class as well as Supermono.
